KKR to Buy Dutch Vacation Company Roompot
Personal equity large KKR has attained an agreement to buy the Dutch holiday vacation company Roompot from European private equity company PAI Partners, the organizations mentioned in a statement.
Financial phrases were not disclosed, but Reuters, citing a supply common with the transaction, mentioned Roompot was valued at $one.12 billion.
The company is the second-most significant operator of holiday vacation parks in Europe. It instantly owns and operates 33 parks in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium and has distinctive agreements with more than a hundred third-celebration park operators.
