Tim Buckley: I look again at 2008‒2009, and I don’t forget folks panicking—investors I highly regarded. Some of them were obtaining out on March 9, 2009. They couldn’t manage it any more, and that’s just when the marketplaces took off. No one particular experienced predicted that. You generally have to don’t forget the marketplaces are forward-looking, and you really don’t know when they are likely to choose off—just like you really don’t know when they are likely to tumble. So it is most effective to be invested than to attempt to time it, since it is near to not possible.
